If you have the problem with Internet Explorer toolbar and it does not shows up the standard buttons and third party toolbar, try the below tweaks.
General step to enable the Tool bar in IE
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Right click the free space on the address bar
3. Choose the stand button and toolbar which you want to enable
4. Restart the Internet Explorer
If it doesn’t help you to restore the third party toolbars like Google and it doesn’t show up even if you enabled in manage add-ons. Check the below settings in Internet Options.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on the gear icon on the top right corner
3. Then select the "Internet options"
4. Choose the "Advanced" tab
5. Under “Browsing” section select "Enable third-part browser extension"
6. Apply settings and restart the Internet Explorer
