Computer startup problems – Windows Error Recovery

If there is any problem with booting up your Windows7 or Vista operating system, it keep running in loop and won’t boot the computer even after you complete the start up repair, please try the below steps to fix the computer start up problem.
1.       Turn on or restart the computer
2.     Press and tap the function key F8  about
every second until you see the AdvancedBoot Options.
3.       Select Repair your computer and press Enter
4.       Select your keyboard language preferences and click on Next.
5.       Select your user name and type in the password, and then click on OK.
6.       Then select the command prompt from the System recoveryoptions
7.       Type the following command at the command prompt one by one

bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
c:
cd boot
attrib bcd -s -h -r
ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
bootrec /RebuildBcd

8.       Type Y and press enter to create a new Boot Sector.
9.      Restart the computer. During restart if you got the same message again select the option Start
Windows Normally.
