When you delete files or folders in Windows it won’t actually completely remove the files, it just remove the reference in the operating system. In another words, the files content will be existing in the hard drive and can be retrieved by any file recovery tools. Here I would like to share a tool which you can use to delete the files permanently.

Free File Wiper is a free tool that makes sure deleted files or folders cannot be recovered anymore. The program overwrites the occupied disk space with standard and random patterns and contents cannot be restored .
How to delete the file using Free File Wiper?
Just right click on files or directories and select "Send to Free File Wiper" to erase them completely! Also you can drag & drop them on the trashcan to perform the wipe operation.

You can use up to four different modes to delete the file permanently. Quick erase mode that overwrites the data once and the additional modes that use different patterns and overwrite the data multiple times on the hard drive.

The program supports 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows XP, Vista and windows 7 and it requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
